How much does it cost?+
Every new user gets 3 hours of full AI coaching free — lifetime, no time limit on when you use it. If you want more, two paid options: Pro Monthly at US$9.99 / NT$320 (auto-renewing, cancel anytime), or Interview Pass at US$24.99 / NT$790 for 30-day full access (one-time, doesn't renew). Both billed via Apple App Store — same payment method you already use for other apps.
Is the free trial really free?+
Yes. No credit card up front, no auto-conversion to paid. You get 3 hours of full coaching with every feature — voice analysis, bilingual feedback, alternative phrasings, the whole thing. Use it across as many sessions as you like. When the 3 hours run out, you choose whether to upgrade.
Does it work for languages other than English?+
Right now it's focused on English-language interview practice — that's the bottleneck most of our target users face. The app UI itself is available in English and 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese). Practice answers can be given in either Chinese or English; coaching feedback is bilingual.
What happens to my recordings?+
Audio stays on your iPhone. Only the text transcript is sent to our backend (hosted on Supabase, Tokyo region) for AI coaching. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes — anytime. Settings → Clear History deletes everything locally. To delete your synced backend data, email us with the device ID shown in Settings (or just say "delete my data" from the same email address you used to sign up — we'll find you).
Does it work offline?+
You can browse questions and review past attempts offline. Recording and AI coaching require an internet connection — coaching responses come from our backend in real time.
Will there be an Android version?+
Not yet. We're iOS-only at launch. The reasons: Apple IAP simplifies payments (especially for a Taiwan-based company), iOS device consistency lets us ship faster, and our target users skew iPhone. We'll re-evaluate after we have real iOS traction.
Is my answer scored or graded?+
Yes — every drill returns a score from 0–100, plus an accuracy and fluency breakdown for refinement attempts. The score is one signal among many — the inline annotations, alternative phrasings, and coaching summary are usually more useful than the number.
Can I practice questions for a specific company?+
Yes. When you set up your profile, you can specify a target role and target company. The app will use that to personalize the question pool — for example, surfacing more situational questions if you're targeting a consulting role at McKinsey, or more technical depth questions if you're targeting a senior engineering role at a FAANG.
